Who tests the products
All reviews are produced by our editorial team and signed by a named author. Author bios, areas of expertise and external profiles are published on each author page, and every review on the site links its byline directly to the responsible author.
Our 7-step testing workflow
For every operator we recommend (or warn against), the reviewer follows the same documented sequence:
- Account creation — sign up using a real Malaysian phone number, verify the registration email, and capture a screenshot of the onboarding flow.
- KYC submission — upload identity documents and confirm the verification timeframe set by the operator’s compliance team.
- Deposit testing — deposit using at least one Malaysian payment rail (FPX / DuitNow / Help2Pay / EeziePay) plus, where supported, a crypto rail (USDT / BTC). Deposit timestamps are recorded.
- Bonus claim and wagering — opt-in to the welcome bonus, read the full terms, and attempt the wagering on the eligible verticals. Wagering blockers, max-cashout caps and game-weighting traps are flagged.
- Live gameplay — play across slots, live tables, sportsbook (pre-match and in-play) and any specialty verticals (fishing, lottery, e-sports) the operator markets to MY players.
- Withdrawal request — request a withdrawal back to the original payment rail, then time the cash-out from request → bank credit.
- Support stress test — open a real ticket via live chat and email, measure first-response time, agent quality and resolution time.
What we score
Each review aggregates findings into the following weighted categories before a final 1–5 rating is published:

Update cadence and corrections
Reviews are revisited at least quarterly, or sooner when a material change occurs (licence change, ownership change, payment-rail outage, new bonus structure). The “Last updated” date in each review’s trust panel always reflects the most recent verified test, not a cosmetic refresh.
